Conduct research and recommend a suitable accounting system that supports e-invoicing and integrates with the sales teams quotation and invoicing processes.
Update daily sales revenue in company-provided templates.
Handle monthly payroll processes including staff salary journals and claims.
Calculate and track sales commissions for the sales team.
Submit monthly statutory contributions and tax filings online.
Compile and maintain records of sales invoices and purchase invoices.
Job Requirements
Proven experience handling a full set of accounts.
Familiarity with Malaysian statutory requirements (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (experience selecting or setting up a system is an advantage).
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
