• Prepare billing, invoices, and related documentation
• Reply to customer emails and inquiries promptly
• Arrange and coordinate container bookings
• Communicate with shipping liners, customers, and internal teams
• Follow up on shipment schedules and updates
• Maintain proper records and filing of documents
• Support daily administrative and logistics operations

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Education:

• STM/STPM (Preferred)
