Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting and administrative operations.
- Prepare and update accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and customer Statement of Account (SOA).
- Assist in issuing invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
- Maintain proper accounting records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and data entry into SQL Accounting system.
- Coordinate general office administration duties and support daily office operations.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments on accounting and administrative matters.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL Accounting software.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, organised, and willing to learn.
- Good multitasking and time management skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
