Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for production planning for output, manpower and materials.
• Manage daily production; ensure production targets are achieved according to company safety and quality requirements.
• Responsible for providing on the job training to production operators in order to ensure proper work introduction are carried out.
• Responsible to supervise and development of production.
• Understanding production capacity.
• Manage staff discipline, attendance and coordinate for overtime arrangement.
• Ensure daily manpower status meeting production schedule and requirement.
• Follow up delivery schedule vs. production schedule to ensure daily production output achieved the target set with good quality.
• Handle material arrangement into production line.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the company.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma/degree in management or any other related field.
• Preferable candidate fluent in speaking Bahasa Mandarin & Cantonese.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in production or manufacturing environment.
• Able to work shift and overtime.
• Good knowledge in organization work and planning.
• Strong leadership skill in managing production workers both foreign and local.
• Able to work as a team to achieve department objective.
• Able to communicate with all levels.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Report writing)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
