Job Summary
To support the company’s IT infrastructure, applications, and users by providing day-to-day technical assistance, system administration, and troubleshooting. The role ensures smooth IT operations and contributes to continuous improvement of IT services within the organization.
Job Responsibilities
Daily
- Provide first-level IT support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor system, server, and network health status.
- Manage user account creation, modification, and deactivation.
Weekly
- Conduct routine backup verification and ensure data recovery readiness.
- Perform preventive maintenance on PCs, printers, and network devices.
Monthly
- Update and patch IT systems, servers, and security solutions.
- Prepare monthly IT incident and helpdesk reports.
Yearly
- Participate in IT infrastructure upgrades and project implementations.
- Support internal and external IT audits and compliance checks.
Job Requirements
Education
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field
Computer Knowledge
- Windows Server, Linux, Networking (LAN/WAN), Firewall, Microsoft 365, VMware etc
Skills
- Troubleshooting, problem-solving, documentation, user support
Abilities
- Strong communication, teamwork, time management
Professional Certification
- CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, Cisco CCNA (added advantage)
Working Experience
- 1–3 years in IT support / system administration (Fresh graduates considered)
