Job Responsibilities

• Planning truck availabilities for order collection and delivery arrangements.
• Confirming orders with clients.
• Monitoring truck GPS and drivers’ locations.
• Collecting completed JI (Job Instruction) documents from drivers after delivery completion.
• Preparing CN (Consignment Note) and ROT (Request of Transport) documents for deliveries.
• Ensuring all supporting documents are properly maintained and filed.
• Maintaining punctuality at work.
• Demonstrating a good working attitude.
