Responsibilities:

1 . To study production process , devises and implement method, sequence and techniques of production process to promote optimum efficiency.

2. 'To ensure each operation or work allocation is balanced and within the prescribe time and capacity

3. To preparing production process PMP , Process work instruction and process cycletime study.

4. To implement cost reduction, time saving and continuous quality improvement programs and supervises its implementation.

5. To troubleshoot process related problem and recommend improved methods or techniques in production processes to achieve the desired result.

6. To initiate engineering evaluations, process and machine capability study and implement statistical process controls at various stages of production to ensure conformity with specified standards and tolerances.

7. To plan and to initiate production line / process set-up according to time schedule resulting from model / product conversions.

8.To design or to source jig and fixture , tooling or die-set and equipment to ensure the most effective and efficient method of manufacturing.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent

Computer literacy is a must

Minimum 2 years experience in similar or related experience / skills.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
