Full Time Mechanical - Electrical Engineers Jobs, salary up to MYR 5,500 in Jurutera Perunding LC Sdn Bhd Brickfields - Ricebowl

JOB DESCRIPTION

1.Prepare and develop Mechanical & Electrical (M&E)design drawings ,calculations and technical specifications.

2.Review design submissions to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards and project requirements.

3.Drawings submission and liaison with relevant local authorities,service providers,TNB and Bomba accordingly to the submission checklist & compliance.

4.Coordinate M&E design interfaces with civil, structural, architectural, and other disciplines.

5.Provide technical input during design reviews, value engineering, and attending project meetings.

6.Support preparation of tender documents, BOQ inputs, and technical reports.

7.Review contractor/shop drawings and material submissions for design compliance.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

2.Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E design consultancy and high-rise building deisgn.

3.Proficient in design software such as AutoCad; knowledge of BIM/Revit is an advantage.

4. Good understanding of M&E design codes,standards, and authority submission processes.

5. Ability to meet project deadlines and work independently with minimum supervision or as part of a team.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
