Job description:

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
  • Coordinate with department heads on manpower planning and hiring requirements.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and employee records.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies, job portals, and educational institutions when necessary.
  • Prepare employment offers, appointment letters, and related HR documentation.

Training & Development

  • Coordinate internal and external training programs.
  • Identify training needs in collaboration with department managers.
  • Maintain training records, attendance, and evaluation reports.
  • Assist in developing orientation and onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Support employee development initiatives and career progression planning.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and prepare periodic training reports.

HR Administration

  • Support day-to-day HR operations and employee relations matters.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
  • Assist in performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
  • Support disciplinary procedures and HR policy implementation when required.
  • Handle HR correspondence and general administrative duties.

Academic Qualification

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Candidates with relevant HR certifications or training coordination experience will have an added advantage.

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, training coordination, or HR operations.
  • Good knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HR systems and recruitment platforms is an advantage.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Good command of English and Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage.
