Facility Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the overall maintenance, operations, and management of facilities at KKKA Bangsar and Brickfields. The Facility Manager will be responsible for ensuring all building systems, maintenance works, cleanliness, safety, and operational activities are managed efficiently and in compliance with company standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily facility operations and maintenance activities for KKKA Bangsar & Brickfields
• Ensure all building facilities, equipment, and systems are functioning properly
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance contractors, vendors, and service providers
• Conduct routine inspections to identify repair and maintenance needs
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, and security standards within the premises
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local authority regulations
• Prepare maintenance schedules and oversee preventive maintenance programs
• Manage facility budgets, maintenance costs, and procurement of supplies
• Handle emergency maintenance issues and operational disruptions promptly
• Maintain proper documentation, reports, and maintenance records
• Coordinate renovation, repair, and upgrading works when required
• Monitor utilities usage and recommend cost-saving initiatives
• Liaise with internal departments and management regarding facility matters

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Maintenance, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in facility management or building maintenance
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance operations, and safety procedures
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and facility reporting
• Willing to travel between Bangsar and Brickfields locations
• Possess own transport is an added advantage

Preferred Skills

• Experience in managing commercial, healthcare, or institutional facilities
• Knowledge in preventive maintenance planning and vendor management
• Familiarity with local authority compliance and safety regulations

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
