Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage e-commerce systems and workflows
• Handle daily operations of the website and online marketplaces
• Manage product listings, pricing, stock, and promotions
• Process online orders and coordinate fulfillment with stores and inventory
• Handle prescription-based orders accurately
• Respond to online customer enquiries and manage order issues
• Execute approved online promotions and campaigns
• Prepare basic sales and operational reports

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
