Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and business development for occupational health and safety products range: Aviation tools, rivets, drills, grinders , abrasives, tapes & adhesives , Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs
  • Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities to establish & cultivate strong business relationship with customers
  • Manage and expand product range and usage in the assigned territory for sales growth
  • Serve as technical advisor to customers, offering solutions tailored to their specific needs and requirements
  • Conduct in-depth product demonstration, training and presentation to help customers discover and understand products/services and benefits
  • Manage customer relationships throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and post-sale support
  • Evaluate client application requirements and provide solutions
  • Responsible for new accounts & new product development as well as maintaining existing customers
  • Conduct regular visits/meetings with customers and attend verbal & written inquiries
  • Meet or exceed established sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and industry regulations to stay informed and adjust sales strategies
  • Attend trade shows, industry events and customer meetings to expand the customer base and keep up-to-date with industry trends
  • Prepare & submit quotes, proposals, tenders or any technical documentation including monthly business review reports & other management reports that are required.

Job Requirements:

  • Preferably with a Diploma or Degree in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering or related technical field;
  • 2-3 years experience in sales/business development preferably in the Automotive / Aerospace industries or Electrical and Electronics Industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and sales skills;
  • Proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Ability to explain technical product details and benefits to both technical and non-technical customers;
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets;
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Aggressive, highly independent, able to work under minimal supervision & self-organized.
  • Prior working experience in occupational health & safety would be an advantage.
