We are looking for experienced CNC PROGRAMMER with strong milling and multi-axis machining experience. If you enjoy programming, process improvement, and precision engineering, we’d love to hear from you. to join our growing team. What You’ll Be Doing

• Create and optimize CNC milling programs for 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining
• Generate tool paths using CAM software
• Select suitable cutting tools, fixtures, and machining methods
• Support machine setup and First Article runs
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues
• Improve cycle time, machining efficiency, and overall productivity
• Support Penang production operations when required

What We’re Looking For

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Precision Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of CNC programming experience
• Strong knowledge in 3-axis / 4-axis / 5-axis machining
• Experience with G-code (EIA) and Mazatrol programming
• Familiar with CAM software such as Mastercam, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, PRO-E, or UG NX
• Able to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T
• Good understanding of machining processes, tooling, and cutting parameters
• Knowledge of fixture design and tooling selection is an advantage
