• Assist the Section Manager & Club's Superintendent;
• Preparation of Purchase Requisitions, Memos and Tender Documents, Vendor Contracts, Filling and Safekeeping of All Documents
• Take Minutes for Tender Evaluation Committee Meetings. Risk Assessment Presentation.
• Handle Staff Matters, Off In-Lieu, Leave Application, Submission of Claims & Staff Certification Programs
• Maintain Accurate and Reliable Stock Record of all Inventory Items.
• Assist in the Housekeeping and General Cleanliness of the Store & Workshop Areas.

GCE 'O' Level / A Levels or Diploma In Business, or Other Relevant Qualifications.

Basic Pay $2,500

Yearly One Month Bonus + CPF + OT Claims + Medical + Leave + Staff Discounts Rate + Team Building + Benefits
