岗位职责

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimise CNC programs
  • Interpret complex engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T requirements with tight tolerances
  • Select optimal cutting tools, fixtures, and machining strategies for exotic materials (e.g., titanium, Inconel, aluminium alloys)
  • Drive improvements in cycle time, tool life, and machining efficiency while maintaining quality standards
  • Provide technical guidance to machinists and operators on setup and machining processes

  • Utilise advanced CAD/CAM software


Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Aerospace / Precision Engineering
  • At least 5 years of CNC programming experience in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing
  • Strong Expertise in CNC Programming
