Responsibilities
Provide daily administrative and operational support to the sales team
Process sales orders, invoices, and delivery coordination
Maintain and update product price lists across customers and internal systems
Ensure proper system maintenance and data accuracy (pricing, SKUs, customer details)
Perform invoice matching and verification against orders, deliveries, and pricing
Liaise with warehouse and logistics to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
Track and monitor stock availability and order status
Maintain and update sales data, reports, and documentation
Coordinate with sales team on promotions, listings, and customer requirements
Assist in handling customer inquiries and issue resolution
1–3 years experience in sales support / admin / FMCG operations (fresh grads welcome)
Strong attention to detail (especially in pricing and invoice accuracy)
Experience in handling price lists, system updates, and reconciliation is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
Organized, responsible, and able to multitask
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
High accuracy and accountability
Strong coordination skills across sales, warehouse, and finance
Reliable and structured in handling backend operations
