Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily administrative and operational support to the sales team

  • Process sales orders, invoices, and delivery coordination

  • Maintain and update product price lists across customers and internal systems

  • Ensure proper system maintenance and data accuracy (pricing, SKUs, customer details)

  • Perform invoice matching and verification against orders, deliveries, and pricing

  • Liaise with warehouse and logistics to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment

  • Track and monitor stock availability and order status

  • Maintain and update sales data, reports, and documentation

  • Coordinate with sales team on promotions, listings, and customer requirements

  • Assist in handling customer inquiries and issue resolution

Requirements

1–3 years experience in sales support / admin / FMCG operations (fresh grads welcome)

  • Strong attention to detail (especially in pricing and invoice accuracy)

  • Experience in handling price lists, system updates, and reconciliation is an advantage

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

  • Organized, responsible, and able to multitask

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
