YOUR ROLE

The metrology process operations engineer is responsible for overseeing and optimizing metrology processes in a manufacturing environment. The engineer ensures accurate measurement and calibration of metrology equipment. Responsibilities include:

• Manage ROCC operator for CDSem
• Manage ROCC operations and coverage for CDSem
• Create K8 new product recipes for thickness and CD
• Develop tool crisis plans
• Collaborate with production and PO/EO to develop tool downtime mitigation plans
• Arrange Metrology technicians cross-training
• Support and follow-up on activities related to capacity, production moves, and cycle time & out-put

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, materials science, or a related field.
• Experience in metrology process operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of measurement systems, calibration techniques, and industry standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Minimum 3 years relevance experience will be preferred.
