- Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, etc.
- Typically, 2-3 years relevant experience for entry to this level
- Require in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently
- Good working knowledge on Microsoft Office tools and applications
- Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to work as part of a go-getting team.
- Plan and execute a steady workflow of order management and planning
- Liaising with a variety of functions to compile, develop, validate and communicate production shipment plans and associated strategies
- Essentially, you'll be assigned a set of planning products/processes, and make decisions about resources and inventory investments while also identifying business process enhancements, participating in their design and implementation
- Plan and coordinate end-to-end supply chain planning, including when goods should be produced and in what quantity, while optimizing the balance between customer delivery requirements and inventory levels
- Interface with product management, sales, production, finance, materials, logistics, customer service and contract manufacturers to compile, develop, validate and communicate production/shipment plans and associated strategies that support overall business objectives
- Use ERP system(s) for processes such as inventory tracking, supplier scheduling, process and workflow management, etc.
- May have global or multi-site inventory management responsibilities
