We are looking for Project Engineer Executive (Planning/Site) to support project execution by coordinating site activities, maintaining quality standards, assisting in client communication, and contributing to overall project delivery performance.

1. Project Planning

• Coordinate with the PIC and relevant teams to confirm installation schedules and ensure readiness for each project.

• Monitor project progress and flag potential timeline risks to the project leader.

• Assist in tracking installation capacity against confirmed sales volume and active pipeline.

2. Site Issue Resolution

• Carry out installation works in accordance with quality assurance standards.

• Assist in troubleshooting on-site issues (technical and non-technical) and escalate complex problems when necessary.

• Ensure all installation tasks, documentation, and close-out requirements are completed before project handover.

3. Technical Design

• Execute project works in compliance with approved technical designs and standards.

• Highlight any design discrepancies or on-site deviations to the relevant team for resolution.

4. Team Contribution

• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.

• Share knowledge and support peers in day-to-day site activities.

5. Process Adherence

• Follow established SOPs and process flows for project delivery.

• Provide feedback on ground-level observations that may contribute to process improvements.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering field or equivalent.

• Good coordination & communication skills.

• Candidates fluent in English and Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with English and Mandarin speaking clients. 

• Minimum 1 years of working experience in Engineering field.

• Able to work under pressure, organized and able to handle multiple tasks.

• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to site.
