岗位职责
Responsibilities:
Provide client support and technical issue resolution on products and services;
Diagnosing, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and repairing devices;
Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in clients’ computer systems;
PC assembly, installation, testing and troubleshooting;
Support RMA and customer service;
Achieve division target;
Perform onsite service at clients' locations as and when required;
Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing stock, checking the condition of goods, ensuring serial numbers match with supplier invoices or delivery orders, and performing goods receiving in system;
Manage warehouse inventory accuracy, conduct periodic stock takes, and investigate discrepancies if found;
Manage the logistics schedule, coordinate deliveries, and work closely with the administrative team to ensure the correct items are prepared for delivery;
Contribute to the safety, cleanliness, and security of the warehouse. This includes ensuring proper storage and organization of goods and maintaining a clean and safe workspace;
Maintain accurate records of stock transactions and assist in record-keeping tasks related to stock management;
Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe and secure working environment in the warehouse;
Provide regular updates on stock status, inventory levels, and logistics activities to the HOD;
Assist in packing and preparing stock based on given invoices;
Assist on loading and unloading stock from vehicle;
Ensure all stocks are delivered on time as scheduled and in good conditions;
Ensure fill adoption and comply with workflow or standard operations procedures; strictly follow routes and final destination as arranged, responsible to verify with HOD if any changes;
Ensure no stock discrepancy for all delivery and no traffic offencs;
Proper and timely vehicle maintenance including road tax renewal, periodical service, inspection, clean and tidy condition;
Perform any ad-hoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, -Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Required skill(s): Hardware & PC troubleshooting, System Administration and Networking.
CCNA certificate will be added advantage.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to work extra hours, independently, full responsibility and with minimum supervision.
Possess own car and a valid car driving license to travel onsite.
Willing to work at Kota Kinabalu, Sabah and travel outstation nationwide.
