About the role

This full-time Sales Advisor role at TSM Automobile Sdn Bhd in Tawau, Sabah is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking automotive company. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and driving sales of the company's diverse range of vehicles.

What you'll be doing

1. Engaging with prospective customers to understand their needs and preferences

2. Demonstrating vehicle features and capabilities to customers

3. Negotiating sales terms and closing deals

4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity

5. Providing post-sales support and following up with customers

6. Collaborating with the wider sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies

7. Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

3. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets

4. Keen attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records

5. A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service

6. Proficiency in the local language and English
