We are a coffee bean supplier looking for a passionate Barista with at least 2 years experience in the coffee industry and retail or sales. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of premium coffee beans to introduce to clients with product knowledge and coffee preparation. You will be based at our office situated at Taman Perling, Johor Bahru.

Responsibilities:

• Order Management: Handle orders to submit from various online platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok, store, WhatsApp) and offline channels
• Packing & Delivery: Pack orders with care, arrange for timely delivery and ensure all orders meet quality standards
• Customer Services and Sales: Reply to leads from advertisements, addressing inquiries and providing helpful information about our products and services to customer, offer exceptional service in purchasing decision and recommendations.
• Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve all kinds of coffee beverages (hand brew and coffee machine)
• Stock Management: Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, manage packaging supplies and ensure timely restocking
• Sales Record & Invoices: Record sales accurately, maintain up-to-date records and generate invoices for both online and offline orders
• Machine Maintenance: In charge in service and maintenance of customer's coffee machines; cleaning/ calibration/installation
• Training & Product Knowledge: Handle barista class, workshop, machine installation.
• Quality Control: Ensure all coffee beans meet our high-quality standards; report to management for any update on beans stocks, complain and feedbacks.
• Sales Support: Promoting our products and services to customers, providing recommendations and advice when needed
• General Maintenance: Keep the coffee station, coffee machines and packing station clean and organized; basic cleaning of coffee machine & grinder.
• Team Work: Work closely with marketing team on creative ideas

Requirements:

• 2 year experienced in Coffee Industry and Retail or Sales
• Eagerness to learn more about coffee, machine and brewing
• Familiarity with different types of coffee machines and hand brew methods
• Excellent communication and proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Basic computer skills
• Strong interest in engaging with customers
• Able to multitask and friendly
• Confident, initiative and ability to solve problem
• Discipline and responsible
