Assistant Architect position available:

Task & scope:

‐ Daily work of architectural consultancy practice but not limited to design, drawing preparation, authority submission, tender/ construction drawings, site, client consultant meeting etc.

‐ Great opportunity to deal with international client and multinational companies.

Knowledge & skills:

‐ LAM or equivalent Part 1 or 2 candidates.

‐ Min1‐5 years work experience. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.

‐ Computer literacy skills for architecture.

‐ Understanding of local authority & statutory requirement.

‐ Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speakers will be given priority.

Personality:

‐ Self‐motivated, goal oriented, independent, last but not least, creativity & cheerful charisma.

Others:

‐ Own transportation.
