Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Executive to support the smooth operation of our business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Process orders, delivery notes, and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Maintain office records, stock reports, and customer databases.
  • Respond to customer and internal enquiries via email and phone.

Requirements:

  • SPM or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Able to work independently and within a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
