A Production Assistant (PA) typically supports daily operations in a manufacturing or production environment to ensure smooth workflow, coordination, and documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating daily production activities and schedules
• Prepare and maintain production documents, reports, and records
• Monitor production progress and update status to supervisors
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams for material availability
• Support inventory tracking and stock monitoring
• Follow up on work orders and delivery timelines
• Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors when required
• Ensure proper filing of drawings, work instructions, and production data
• Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities
• Maintain workplace organization and safety compliance
• Perform administrative duties related to production operations

Common Skills / Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of production or manufacturing processes
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Ability to multitask and follow deadlines
• Attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Pay: $1,338.22 - $3,833.56 per month
