A Customer Service Officer, key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Guiding customers through the account opening process for various banking products and services.
Ensuring all necessary forms are completed correctly and explaining product features clearly.
Facilitating a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new clients.
Conducting Enhanced World-Check Screening (EWSS) and checking caution lists to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Assisting RMs for input credit applications, ensuring all required documentation is accurately.
Collaborating with relevant departments for further processing and loan execution.
