Core Database Management
Manage the full lifecycle of databases, including planning, deployment, monitoring, tuning, backup, optimization, and disaster recovery.
Ensure data security, high availability, and stable performance.
Database scope includes but is not limited to RDBMS, VectorDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, Data Warehouse, Lakehouse, and big data analytics platforms.
Customer Support (Including On‑Site Requirements)
Serve as the technical point of contact, responding quickly to internal and external customer issues related to databases.
Conduct root‑cause analysis, drive systematic improvements, and enhance customer satisfaction and product experience.
Perform proactive monitoring, alerting, and preventive maintenance for database systems deployed at customer sites.
DevOps Collaboration & Automation
Support automated database changes and SQL review within CI/CD workflows.
Improve efficiency and reliability of database deployment and management through tooling and standardization.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
4-5 years of hands‑on experience in database administration, operations, or related technical roles.
Familiarity with Linux environments, SQL, and general troubleshooting practices.
Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to analyse issues and drive root‑cause resolution.
Positive learning attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to grow in a fast‑paced technical environment.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external customers.
