Requirements:
Job Duties:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, Business Analytics or a related discipline; or
- For candidates with a non‑relevant major, a Bachelor Degree plus relevant system / digital project experience is required
- 6 – 8 years of relevant experience in system analysis / system implementation / digital transformation projects, with hands‑on SaaS experience
- Strong capability in workflow analysis, system configuration, form and data design
- Experience balancing standardization, workaround, and customization at an organization level
- Experience with AI tools or AI agent design is highly preferred
- Experience in NGO, social services, healthcare, or public sector is an advantage
Job Duties:
- Lead and support onboarding and rollout of multiple SaaS systems across service units
- Analyze service workflows and translate needs into system configuration and workaround solutions
- Plan and lead pilot trials to validate configurations before organization‑wide rollout
- Consolidate requirements and coordinate organization‑level customization only when configuration and workarounds are insufficient
- Review and standardize forms and data structures, improving question design and data quality
- Design and oversee AI agents to enhance task accuracy and operational efficiency
- Attend vendor training and act as a key liaison between IT, service units, and vendors
- Provide guidance to service units and service teams where appropriate
- Provide additional support for project-related tasks as required, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to evolving project needs
