• 訂單處理： 匯入電商平台訂單，列印揀貨單及快遞面單

• 庫存對賬： 核對系統與客戶平台的庫存數據，跟進貨品入庫及盤點

• 物流跟進： 追蹤快遞派送進度，處理延誤、改地址及退換貨（RMA）

• 客戶對接： 解答電商客戶查詢，調查及處理「漏發/錯發」等日常客訴

• 費用結算： 整理客戶每月的倉租、打包費及運費數據以供計費

• 中五 / DSE 或以上程度，具 1 年或以上物流、倉儲或電商文職經驗,

• 熟悉 Microsoft Excel（如 VLOOKUP, Pivot Table）, 基本電腦操作及

• 具備良好的溝通能力，細心、有責任感

• 熟悉操作 WMS 倉儲系統或電商後台

• Order Processing: Import e-commerce platform orders, print picking lists and courier waybills

• Inventory Reconciliation: Reconcile inventory data between the system and client platforms, follow up on incoming goods and stocktakes

• Logistics Follow-up: Track courier delivery status, handle delays, address changes, and returns/exchanges (RMA)

• Client Coordination: Respond to e-commerce client inquiries, investigate and handle daily customer complaints such as missing or incorrect shipments

• Billing & Settlement: Organize monthly client data on warehouse rent, packing fees, and shipping costs for billing purposes

• Form 5 / DSE or above, with 1 year or more of clerical experience in logistics, warehousing, or e-commerce

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) and basic computer operations

• Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and responsible

• Familiar with WMS warehouse systems or e-commerce backend platforms
