Responsibilities
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide
administrative, travel and personal support. This role requires strong diligence,
discretion and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage passports, visas, permits and insurance matters
· Handle expense claims, reimbursements and documentation
· Coordinate flights, hotels, transport and travel schedules
· Oversee property matters (utilities, maintenance, contractors) across multiple locations
· Track bills, expenses and maintaining records
· Liaise with vendors, agents and service providers
· Handle courier shipments, subscriptions and ad hoc tasks
· Support business-related admin and documentation
Requirements
· Ability to manage multiple priorities across different time zones.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic financial tracking.
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
