Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily functioning of data center activities, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and project implementation related to facilities management.

• Conduct regular monitoring and upkeep of infrastructure components, ensuring optimal performance of critical systems and associated equipment.

*

• Implement both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance procedures to uphold the integrity of data center infrastructure and critical assets.

*

• Manage relationships with subcontractors, ensuring service quality aligns with contractual standards and project requirements.

*

• Supervise vendor activities, coordinating both planned and ad-hoc tasks related to data center facilities.

*

• Participate in environmental and operational programs to maintain compliance and efficiency within critical environments.

*

• Perform system testing, data analysis, and functionality assessments to verify equipment performance.

*

• Maintain accurate inventory records, oversee asset management processes, and coordinate procurement of necessary parts and supplies.

*

• Respond swiftly to incidents or emergencies, providing immediate support and resolution.

*

• Be available for standby duties, including shift coverage and emergency response when required.

*

• Conduct routine inspections and ongoing evaluations of data center infrastructure to ensure continuous operational stability.

*

Qualifications & Experience

*

• Degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.

*

• Minimum of two years’ experience managing facilities within data centers or other 24/7 critical environments.

*

• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems typical to data center operations and commercial settings.

*

• Proven ability to oversee vendor relationships, ensuring project milestones and service levels are achieved effectively.
