Job Summary

You'll manage front desk operations and client interactions, assist rehabilitation therapists and vets during therapies, support housecalls, and contribute to social media and portfolio content.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist clients at the front desk, respond to inquiries, and deliver excellent client service

- Perform front desk administrative tasks to keep clinic operations organised and efficient

- Assist rehabilitation therapists during rehab sessions for dogs and cats, and veterinarians during treatments

- Support housecalls by preparing for and assisting with visits outside the clinic

- Create and post engaging social media or portfolio content to promote the clinic

- Safely perform manual handling and patient support

- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, supportive work environment

Preferred Competencies and Qualifications

- Physical fitness for manual handling and patient support is essential

- Previous experience in hospitality and working with animals is an advantage

- Cheerful, approachable personality

- Strong multi-tasking, organisational, hospitality, and client service skills

- Excellent communication skills

For proven employees, sponsorship may be available for courses such as the Diploma (Conversion) in Veterinary Clinical Science, relevant Specialist Diplomas, or CCRP (Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner) certification.
