We’re looking for an energetic, hands-on Operations Manager to join our team. If you enjoy solving problems, organizing chaos into smooth systems, and helping a business grow, this role might be perfect for you.

You’ll work closely with the Founder, help keep the team aligned, and make sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. No two days will be the same — and that’s exactly how we like it.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Spot new business opportunities and help drive growth
• Help plan and implement strategies that move the business forward
• Track performance metrics and share insights that help the business improve

• Experience in operations, ecommerce and business planning
• Someone who enjoys solving problems and making things more efficient
• Comfortable working closely with leadership and contributing ideas
• Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple things at once
• Great communicator who works well with different teams
• Self-driven and able to manage time well
• Flexible and happy to adapt when things move fast
