About the Role
Our client, a prestigious luxury fashion brand, is seeking a highly experienced Marketing Communications (Marcom) Manager to drive and execute 360 marketing strategies.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role requiring strong expertise across multiple marketing functions, as well as the ability to collaborate closely with regional and global HQ teams. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and execution-focused, with a deep understanding of the luxury retail landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute integrated 360 marketing and communication campaigns
- Manage advertising strategies, including media planning and buying
- Conceptualise and deliver high-impact image events, VIP activations, and brand experiences
- Oversee PR, including press relations, celebrity dressing, and influencer partnerships
- Drive CRM initiatives and clienteling strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
- Support e-commerce marketing, including paid media campaigns and digital activations
- Partner closely with Visual Merchandising teams on pop-ups, in-store activations, and window displays
- Liaise regularly with HQ teams to align on global strategies
- Manage external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
- Handle campaign reporting, budgeting, and backend coordination across departments
Requirements
- Proven experience in Marketing Communications within luxury retail / fashion / beauty
- Strong hands-on experience across:
- Advertising & Media Buying
- Events & Client Activations (VIP focus preferred)
- PR, Celebrity & Influencer Engagement
- CRM & Client Development
- E-commerce & Paid Media
- Visual Merchandising exposure (pop-ups / window displays) is a plus
- Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and customer experience
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across local and HQ teams
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure
- Resilient, proactive, and comfortable in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
