Role Description
We are looking for a technically inclined and customer-oriented individual to join our growing team.
This role focuses primarily on technical customer support, operations coordination and troubleshooting for digital lock installations and smart entry systems. The company takes pride in protecting what matters most through world-class products and exceptional service.
Job Description:
Technical Customer Support
- Assist customers with digital lock recommendations, compatibility checks, and troubleshooting
- Support customers with basic smart lock, WiFi, and app-related issues
- Coordinate after-sales support and service cases
- Provide technical explanations and guidance to customers
Operations Coordination
- Coordinate installation appointments and schedules
- Support communication between customers and installers
- Assist with site assessments and compatibility evaluations
- Handle operational follow-ups and support cases
Sales Support (Secondary)
- Follow up on warm customer inquiries
- Recommend suitable lock models and bundles
- Assist with converting inquiries into sales during downtime
Qualifications
- Good technical understanding of doors, gates, locks, or installation-related work
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and mobile apps frequently
- Responsible, responsive, and organized
- Able to work independently
- Willing to travel around Singapore when required
Preferred Experience
- Digital lock installation
- Door/gate installation
- Smart home systems
- CCTV or access control systems
- Technical troubleshooting or field support experience
- Candidates with hands-on technical experience in locks, gates, doors, or related industries will have an advantage.
Bonus Points
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Own vehicle
- Experience with Tuya or smart home ecosystems
Working Arrangement
- Flexible / Remote-based working environment
- Islandwide travel may be required occasionally
- Technical training will be provided
Pay: $1,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
