Education & Partnerships Consultant

C’ignature Group | Singapore

Are you a confident communicator who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and turning ideas into meaningful learning experiences?

C’ignature is looking for an Education & Partnerships Consultant to join our growing team. This is a client-facing role that combines business development, account management, programme consultancy, and project coordination.

You will work with schools, institutions, corporates, and partners to understand their needs, recommend suitable programmes, prepare proposals, and bring engaging learning experiences to life.

This role is suitable for motivated early to mid-career professionals who want to build a long-term career in education business development, training consultancy, partnerships, and client management.

Why Join C’ignature?

  • Build a meaningful career in education and training: You will be part of a company that creates programmes that help students, educators, professionals, and organisations learn, grow, and experience new ways of thinking.
  • Gain real client-facing exposure: You will meet school leaders, teachers, HR professionals, institutional partners, and decision-makers. You will learn how to manage accounts, pitch ideas, develop proposals, and grow partnerships.
  • Own meaningful projects from start to finish: This is not a desk-bound sales role. You will be involved from the first client conversation to proposal development, programme coordination, delivery, and post-programme review.
  • Be part of a growing learning group: C’ignature works across schools, institutions, corporates, and regional opportunities. You will gain exposure to different types of clients, learning needs, and programme formats.
  • Grow with clear career pathways: High-performing team members may progress into senior consultant, key account management, brand leadership, partnership development, or regional business development roles.

What You Will Do

Client Engagement & Business Development

You will:

  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, IHLs, corporate clients, government-linked organisations, and partners.
  • Identify client needs and recommend suitable education, enrichment, training, or learning experience programmes.
  • Arrange meetings, conduct presentations, pitch programme ideas, and follow up with clients.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and customised programme recommendations.
  • Develop new business opportunities while managing and growing existing client accounts.
  • Track leads, opportunities, budgets, and follow-ups using internal systems and CRM tools.
  • Keep updated on trends in education, training, enrichment, workforce development, and EdTech.

Programme & Project Coordination

You will also:

  • Coordinate with programme teams, trainers, operations staff, and regional support teams.
  • Manage project requirements from proposal stage to programme delivery.
  • Ensure programmes are delivered smoothly, professionally, and according to client expectations.
  • Attend selected programmes, client meetings, and events when required.
  • Gather feedback, review programme outcomes, and support continuous improvement.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Confident, personable, and comfortable speaking to clients.
  • Able to build trust with school leaders, educators, HR teams, and corporate clients.
  • Organised, responsible, and able to manage multiple accounts or projects at the same time.
  • Commercially aware and comfortable working towards sales targets.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and willing to take ownership of work.
  • Able to prepare clear emails, proposals, presentations, and client updates.
  • Interested in education, training, learning experiences, youth development, or corporate learning.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, or similar tools.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Communications, or a related field.
  • Preferably 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, business development, account servicing, partnerships, education, training, events, or client management.
  • Candidates with less experience but strong communication skills, good attitude, and willingness to learn may also be considered.
  • Prior experience in the education, enrichment, training, corporate learning, or events sector will be an advantage.

What to Expect

This is a people-facing and project-based role. You should be comfortable attending client meetings, travelling locally for appointments, presenting ideas, and supporting selected programmes or events when required.

You will be expected to represent C’ignature professionally in your communication, dressing, follow-up, and client management.

Work Eligibility Requirement

This role is based in Singapore and requires frequent in-person meetings with local clients.

Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Singapore. We are unable to provide visa or employment pass sponsorship for this position.

Your Growth with Us

At C’ignature, we are looking for people who want more than just a job.

You will have the opportunity to grow your client portfolio, sharpen your business development skills, manage meaningful projects, and contribute to learning experiences that make an impact.
