Responsibilities:
- Planning: Assist with event logistics, vendor coordination, and admin tasks.
- On-Site: Handle venue setup, manage event materials, and ensure smooth day-of operations.
- Operations: Keep things organized on the ground, manage crowd flow, and provide direct support to attendees and clients.
- Follow-up: Track performance metrics, maintain event records, and handle follow-up assistance for attendees.
Requirements:
- Open to fresh graduates or with at least 1 year of experience
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate clearly with different teams.
- Flexible schedule required, must be able to work weekends
Working Schedule
- Working Days: Monday – Friday, with required weekend work during event periods.
- Rest Days: To ensure a 5-day work week, any weekend days worked will be offset with rest days during the following week.
- Hours:
- Mon – Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Weekends: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (during event periods)
Pay: Up to $2,200.00 per month
