This is a part-time role, with possibility to convert to full-time in the future.

Looking for a highly organised, proactive Personal Assistant to support both business and personal operations.

This role is for someone who thrives in structure but can also think ahead, anticipate needs, and bring calm to a fast-moving, creative environment.

You’ll be supporting work that sits across:

• Client management & scheduling
• Administrative and lifestyle support
• Light coordination for events / workshops

You’re a good fit if you are:

• Extremely organised and detail-oriented
• Calm under pressure and able to handle shifting priorities
• Comfortable working independently without constant instruction
• Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Notion, Instagram, etc.)
• Someone who genuinely enjoys helping things run smoothly behind the scenes

Bonus if you:

• Understand social media content flow
• Have experience in admin, ops, or assistant roles
• Are interested in finance, wellness, or personal development spaces

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
