What We're Looking For:
We want a go-getter, NOT someone who waits for leads to fall into their lap. You will be expected to:
- - Proactively hunt for new sales opportunities and clients
- - Go the extra mile to serve clients and build lasting relationships
- - Fix and follow up on appointments, including beyond regular working hours when needed
- - Fight hard to close sales and hit targets
- - Be accountable and committed to results
Responsibilities:
- - Generate leads and actively prospect for new clients
- - Conduct consultations and present immigration services
- - Schedule and attend client meetings (including evenings/weekends where necessary)
- - Follow through on every lead — no dropping the ball
- - Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- - Proven track record in sales (any industry welcome)
- - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- - Self-driven, resilient, and hungry to earn
- - Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- - Willing to work flexible hours to meet client needs
- - Candidates must be legally authorised to work in Singapore. We are unable to provide work pass sponsorship for this role
