Position Overview
We are seeking a Data Analytics Coordinator to oversee and manage daily analytics operations. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, analytical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, analysts, and internal teams. The Data Analytics Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Treeofanalytics LLC’s reputation for excellence in data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate data analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
• Liaise with clients, analysts, and technical teams to ensure efficient communication.
• Maintain accurate records of datasets, reports, and project documentation.
• Support data collection, cleaning, and visualization activities.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Assist in organizing workshops, training sessions, and client presentations.
• Ensure compliance with Taiwan’s data regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics coordination or project management.
• Strong knowledge of analytics tools, data visualization, and reporting processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SQL, and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
