岗位职责
1. Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Manage appointments via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
3. Coordinate schedules with beauticians.
4. Recommend suitable services, packages, and products to clients.
5. Handle billing, payments (cash, card, e-wallet), and issue receipts.
6. Maintain accurate customer records and appointment history.
7. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
8. Ensure cleanliness and organization of reception and waiting area.
9. Assist in promoting products and packages, memberships, and ongoing promotions.
10. Support daily administrative and operational tasks
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM52,500.00 per month
