About the role

Join the dynamic marketing team at BY CHEFIZA SDN BHD' as a Marketing Executive. In this full-time position based in Pengkalan Chepa, Kelantan, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services. As a key member of the Marketing & Communications team, you will contribute to the overall strategic direction and help drive the company's growth.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, and traditional media
• Creating engaging content such as social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials
• Analysing marketing data and metrics to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative marketing strategies
• Assisting with event planning and coordination to support the company's marketing initiatives

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the Marketing & Communications industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw insights
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and content management systems
• Creativity and a keen eye for design, with the ability to develop visually appealing marketing materials
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
