Primary Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Answer customer questions about the menu and provide recommendations.
- Ensure customers have a pleasant dining experience.
- Food & Beverage Handling
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure orders are complete and presented properly.
- Refill drinks and attend to additional customer requests.
- Order Management
- Input orders into the POS system accurately (if applicable).
- Communicate special requests or allergies clearly to the kitchen.
- Cleanliness & Hygiene
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area.
- Follow hygiene standards for serving and handling food.
- Assist with cleaning tasks after service hours if required.
- Teamwork
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Assist colleagues during peak hours.
- Report any issues or shortages to the supervisor or manager.
- Other Duties
- Set up tables before service and clear them afterward.
- Attend staff meetings or training sessions.
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
