Job Descriptions:
- Processing and recording Account Payable (AP) invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Reconciling vendor statements and resolving any discrepancies.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records.
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly accounts payable reports.
- Liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders to address queries and resolve issues.
- Providing support to the Finance team as required.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in an Account Payable (AP) role.
- Fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (AutoCount) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- A team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
