Key Responsibilities:

Revit Modelling & Documentation

• Develop and maintain Revit models for modular and steel projects
• Produce detailed drawings including:
• Plans, sections, elevations
• Shop drawings and construction details
• Create and modify Revit families

Design Coordination

• Coordinate models within BIM environments (e.g. BIM 360)
• Review and resolve clashes across disciplines
• Interpret engineering and architectural inputs

Standards & Quality Control

• Follow company templates, standards, and checklists
• Ensure documentation is accurate, buildable, and consistent
• Maintain high-quality outputs within deadlines

Team Collaboration

• Communicate with Australian design and engineering team
• Clarify scope, resolve issues, and flag risks early
• Work collaboratively in a remote environment

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

RequirementsExperience

• Minimum 5 years experience in Revit detailing
• Preferred: 8–10 years experience
• Experience in:
• Steel construction (MUST HAVE or strong preference)
• Modular construction (advantage)
• Proven experience producing detailed documentation

Technical Skills

• Strong Revit expertise:
• Family creation & modification
• Complex model handling
• Documentation production
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings
• Familiarity with BIM collaboration tools (BIM 360 preferred)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Advance Steel
• Background in industrial / infrastructure / services-heavy projects

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM AEST (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM MYT)
