Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building strong client relationships, identifying client needs, and delivering exceptional solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the laboratory design and construction sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the technical and project teams to provide clients with accurate and timely information.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in business, engineering, or any field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with laboratory design/construction/engineering is a plus.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
