Enhance Academy is looking for a Teaching Assistant for our language centre in Desa ParkCity, KL. This is a full-time role that requires working Saturdays and Sundays, with Monday and Tuesday off. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or those interested in Early Childhood Development and Language Teaching.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help the teacher to manage the classroom and support learners age 4-6 during lessons.
• Prepare, create and organise materials (digital and physical) for classes under teachers’ guidance.
• Maintain a well-organised and clean classroom.
• Supervise young children outside of class time if needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Comfortable working with young children. Experience preferred but not essential.
• Confident user of English who can work as part of an international team.
• Quick learner, able to think on your feet, and not afraid to ask questions when unsure.
• Competent in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word. Familiarity with Google Drive is helpful.
• Hold SPM or equivalent.
• Willing to work on weekends.

DETAILS:

• Start: July 2026
• 35-hour work week in Desa ParkCity, KL
• Wednesday-Sunday work week. Monday + Tuesday off.
• RM2,000-2,200 per month, plus EPF (negotiable for exceptional candidates)
• 24 days annual leave.
• Free English classes for you/your children (subject to availability).
