We are looking for a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to support the Directors in daily operations, coordination, and business-related matters. Candidates with experience in digital marketing, social media or agency environments will have an added advantage, as the role may involve coordinating marketing-related tasks, liaising with creative on marketing teams, and supporting fast-paced business operations.
This role is suitable for someone who is responsible, fast-moving, willing to learn and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Manage and coordinate the director’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings
- Assist in handling day-to-day business and personal arrangement
- Follow up with internal teams, clients and external parties
- Assist in simple admin, reporting, documentation, and coordination work
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and urgent matters assigned by the directors
- Support project coordination and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Assist in social media, digital marketing, or content-related coordination when needed
- Attend meetings or client visits together with the directors when required
- Prepare simple reports, presentations or meeting notes
- Help monitor task progress and remind relevant parties on deadlines
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Education:

Experience:
