Job Responsibilities

· Monitor and improve SMT production process performance to achieve quality and productivity targets

· Troubleshoot SMT process issues related to solder printing, placement, reflow, and AOI

· Support SMT machines setup, maintenance coordination, and process optimization

· Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

· Improve yield, reduce defects, downtime, and material wastage

· Develop and maintain process documentation such as SOP, WI, PFMEA, and process parameters

· Support New Product Introduction (NPI), engineering trials, and mass production activities

· Work closely with Production, QA, Maintenance, and Planning teams to ensure smooth operations

· Train technicians and operators on SMT processes and quality requirements

Job Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field

· Minimum 3 years of SMT process engineering experience in electronics manufacturing environment

· Familiar with SMT equipment such as SPI, Pick & Place, Reflow Oven, and AOI

· Knowledge in SMT troubleshooting, process control, and quality improvement tools

· Familiar with IPC standards and manufacturing best practices

· Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

· Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
