Energi Elite is looking for a highly organised and technically-minded individual to lead and improve our daily operations, technician coordination, customer escalation handling, and operational systems.
This role is not just about managing daily issues — it is about building long-term solutions, improving workflows, reducing repeated problems, and helping the company scale efficiently.
You will work closely with management and become a key person in ensuring smooth operations across installations, after-sales support, troubleshooting, and technical coordination.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Technical Coordination
- Manage and coordinate daily operations involving EV charger installations, servicing, and troubleshooting
- Coordinate technicians, scheduling, and operational priorities
- Monitor ongoing jobs and ensure timely completion
- Support internal teams in resolving technical and operational issues
- Assist in handling technical escalations and difficult customer cases
Customer & After-Sales Management
- Handle customer escalations professionally and efficiently
- Ensure proper follow-up for unresolved cases and warranty issues
- Coordinate between customers, technicians, suppliers, and internal departments
- Improve overall customer experience and service quality
Process Improvement & SOP Development
- Develop and improve operational SOPs, workflows, and internal systems
- Identify recurring issues and implement long-term preventive solutions
- Improve coordination processes between departments and field teams
- Create structured troubleshooting and escalation processes
- Drive operational efficiency and accountability across teams
Quality Control & Performance Monitoring
- Track recurring technical failures, delays, and operational bottlenecks
- Monitor technician performance and service quality
- Ensure operational standards and safety requirements are followed
- Generate operational reports and improvement recommendations
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), Operations Management, or related field
- Experience in technical operations, project coordination, service operations, or M&E-related industries
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing issues and priorities simultaneously
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting is highly preferred
Bonus Points If You Have Experience In:
- EV chargers or renewable energy industry
- Electrical/M&E service operations
- Managing technicians or field service teams
- Process improvement and SOP development
- Customer escalation management
- Technical troubleshooting environments
